To wiki or not to wiki

Below is a copy of what I posted on the stdl wiki.

How about some staff picks from the past. What were the books that you read in high school and even into your early twenties that still stand out in your memory. What books did you read that you found your self thinking about weeks and even months after you finished reading them? I'll name five of mine (in no particular order). Maybe you will name some of yours.

The catcher in the rye by J.D. Salinger (STDL 6 COPIES)
Our selves to know by John O’Hara (STDL no copies)
I can jump puddles by Alan Marshall (STDL no copies)
Last days of Pompeii by (Sir)Edward Bulwer Lytton STDL 1 copy central)

I will throw out one title to help those pulling their hair out exploring 2.0.
The good old days—they were terrible~ by Otto L. Bettmann, cc1970 (STDL 1 copy central)
(As you have guessed I read this when I was a bit older, I read this in 1974.)
